The National Running Show is a home for runners, no matter how far or fast you go. This is the biggest community meet-up of the year and perfectly timed for runners that are training for events in the Spring, bringing together inspirational speakers, cutting-edge technologies and the best in nutrition, all under one roof.

2025 will be the 8th running of this multi-award winning, sell-out, must run race and the first race in the 2025 Chester Triple Medal series! The MBNA Chester 10K is Chester's only city-based 10K, it's the best City Centre 10K in the North West and is the first event of the Chester Triple Series.
